Here's a little trick that works very, very well: have some kind of "conversation starter" handy.

Good conversation starters are going to be something interesting or unusual that you are wearing, such as a necklace, chain, bracelet, or something like that.

A cool medallion or charm on a chain or string-necklace dangling around your neck is easily seen by any girl you want to pick up or meet.

That gives her (and you) an easy way to start a conversation - you should have an entertaining story behind what the necklace symbol means, how you came to own it, and so on.

Having some jewelry or other item you're wearing as a conversation starter makes picking up girls much easier -and more fun too!

How to Pick Up Girls Tip #2:

This will sound obvious, but I bet it's not something you've really given much thought to, and that is your smile.

2 things about that:

1. HOW your smile actually looks - have you looked at your smile in pictures or in the mirror lately?--do you have a smile that is warm and inviting, or is it a giant clownish grin that would scare small children and houseplants?

2. WHEN you smile - people are acutely aware of and responsive to facial expressions. When you go to pick up chicks, if you're scared half to death and petrified with fear of approach, are you remembering to smile at all??

It may sound simple, or even stupid-obvious, but your smile alone could attract a girl to you and make your pick up very easy - IF you have an engaging smile at the right moment!

How to Pick Up Girls Tip #3:

Act as if you have already picked her up successfully... Imagine in your mind you're already won her charms.

Make your entire demeanor one of already-existing-success.

Why? Because then you'll relax, and so will she, and you're much, much more likely to be successful when you're already projecting at attitude of confidence and success!
